- Free face-to-face demonstrations are available for e-flyers for clients in Central Scotland on the condition that no other web designers have been approached regarding the same project. Other areas will be considered on an individual basis. Cubic Design reserves the right to decline free demonstrations.
- Cubic Design will not be held responsible for content uploaded to our hosting or third party hosting by clients using the content management system.
- Cubic Design will not be responsible for the performance or operations of third party hosting companies or domain registrars, whether or not Cubic Design has arranged the hosting and/or domain for the client.
- Cubic Design will not be held responsible for software, data and/or content management systems and settings lost as a result of third party hosting and/or supplier companies hardware or software failure. In the event of such failure and data/settings loss, Cubic Design will charge an hourly rate for work done to reupload data or reset up software and/or system settings if requested by the client. This includes content management systems accounts and pages on Cubic Design's own server.
- Cubic Design and the client will adhere to the time limits specified in the scope and proposal and any work over this time limit will be charged at an hourly rate.
- Cubic Design will not be responsible for compatibility with new browsers, new browser versions and/or bugs in new browser versions which may affect the style or functionality of websites. Requests to adapt websites for the aforementioned reasons will be charged at an hourly rate.
