Why 1st drive?

All 1st drive instructors have been trained by ourselves and have qualified through our culture of nurturing and encouragement. This positive approach to learning a new skill has been adopted by our instructors in your teaching to help you feel at ease and feel confident behind the wheel right from the start of your lessons with your 1st drive instructor. Even if you are a little nervous our friendly and supportive approach helps your instructor develop your driving skills quickly and safely and provide you with an enjoyable experience towards your goal of passing your driving test and tearing up those L plates.

Your 1st drive instructor will provide you with a series of lessons that suits you as an individual and how quickly you want to learn.

Lesson packages

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) recommend pupils undertake lessons regularly and with the average amount of tuition required now at 43 hours with an approved instructor also recommend your lessons are each 2 hours long.
